Credentialing + Billing Bundle Promotion Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: October 10, 2026

1. The promotion

New customers who sign on for Accel Health Billing receive credentialing and payer enrollment services at no charge, subject to these terms (the "Promotion").

The Promotion runs from October 15, 2026 through January 1, 2027 (the "Promotion Period"). A customer qualifies by signing a service agreement with Accel Health, Inc. ("Accel Health") during the Promotion Period. The Promotion is available while active and may be withdrawn before January 1, 2027 at Accel Health's discretion.

These terms supplement, and do not replace, the Accel Health Master Services Agreement and any order form or service agreement signed by the customer (together, the "Agreement"). If these terms conflict with the Agreement on a matter specific to this Promotion, these terms control. On all other matters, the Agreement controls.

2. Eligibility

To qualify for the Promotion, a customer must meet all of the following at signing:

  1. New customer. The customer is not, and has not previously been, a credentialing or payer enrollment client of Accel Health. A customer is identified by its Group NPI. An existing or former Accel Health client that brings a new Group NPI to Accel Health may be considered for the Promotion at Accel Health's sole discretion.
  2. Bundled services. The customer signs for both Accel Health Billing and Accel Health credentialing services under one Agreement. Credentialing-only or billing-only engagements do not qualify.
  3. Minimum billing commitment. The customer commits to a minimum of twelve (12) months of Accel Health Billing services, beginning on the date the Agreement is signed.

Accel Health may decline to extend the Promotion to any applicant for any lawful reason.

3. What is included

Free credentialing under the Promotion covers up to ten (10) payer enrollments per provider and includes:

  • Payer enrollment applications
  • Primary source verification (PSV)
  • CAQH profile setup and attestation
  • Re-credentialing with enrolled payers during the term of the Agreement
  • Follow-up with payers through application submission and approval

Not included: enrollments beyond ten per provider, enrollments requested after the Agreement term ends, payer application fees charged by the payer, expedited processing, and re-submissions required because of inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer. These are billed at Accel Health's then-current list rates.

The value of the included credentialing is the number of enrollments requested multiplied by Accel Health's list rate per enrollment at the time of signing (the "Credentialing Value"). The Credentialing Value is used to calculate what is owed on early termination (Section 7).

4. Deposit

The customer must pay a deposit of $250 per enrollment, with a minimum of five enrollments ($1,250 minimum), before any services begin (the "Deposit").

  • Payment methods. ACH or credit card. Credit card payments carry a 3% processing fee, added to the amount charged. This applies to the Deposit and to every invoice Accel Health issues.
  • Timing. The Deposit is due at signing. Accel Health will not begin credentialing onboarding, billing onboarding, or any services until the Deposit has cleared.
  • Cleared means funds have settled in Accel Health's bank account, not merely that a payment was initiated or authorized.
  • Non-refundable. The Deposit is non-refundable once paid, in all circumstances, including termination by either party for any reason.
  • Additional enrollments. Enrollments requested after signing require an additional $250 Deposit per enrollment before work on them begins, up to the ten-per-provider cap in Section 3.

5. Deposit credit

The Deposit is credited against Accel Health Billing fees, provided the customer remains on the platform for at least 120 days and is actively billing through Accel Health during that period.

  • The 120 day period begins on the date the Agreement is signed. It is not paused or extended by delays in onboarding, document collection, EHR access, or payer processing, including delays caused by the customer.
  • Active billing required. The Deposit credit is earned only if Accel Health has submitted claims to payers on the customer's behalf before the end of the 120 day period. If no claims have been submitted by day 120 for any reason, including the customer not completing billing onboarding, the Deposit is forfeited.
  • How the credit is applied. The Deposit is applied to the first Billing invoice Accel Health issues to the customer. If the first invoice is smaller than the Deposit, the remaining balance rolls forward to the next invoice until the full Deposit has been credited. The Deposit is credited against Billing invoices only and is never applied against credentialing fees, the Credentialing Value, or any other amount.
  • Billing means the processing and submission of claims to insurance payers on behalf of the customer. A Billing invoice is an invoice for those services.
  • Clawback. If the customer terminates, or Accel Health terminates for the customer's breach, before the end of the 120 day period, the Deposit is forfeited. Any Deposit credit already applied to an invoice is reversed and becomes immediately due, together with the amounts described in Section 7.

6. Billing services and fees

Free credentialing is conditioned on a twelve (12) month minimum commitment to Accel Health Billing, starting on the date the Agreement is signed.

Billing fees are set in the customer's service agreement and are generally:

  • Based on a percentage of collections or a flat monthly rate, as specified in the service agreement
  • Invoiced monthly
  • Due according to the payment terms in the service agreement
  • Subject to a late fee of 5% of the unpaid balance for every 14 days an invoice remains unpaid past its due date, and to a 3% processing fee when paid by credit card. The late fee applies to every invoice Accel Health issues, including amounts owed under Section 7

Billing may begin before credentialing is complete for payers with which the customer is already enrolled. Starting Billing early does not shorten the 120 day period or the six month commitment.

7. Early termination

If the customer terminates the Agreement, or Accel Health terminates for the customer's breach, before the end of the six month Billing commitment, the credentialing is no longer free.

  • Credentialing becomes payable in full. The customer owes the full Credentialing Value (Section 3) for all enrollments requested, whether complete or in progress, at Accel Health's list rate per enrollment at the time of signing. This amount is due in full within 10 days of termination. Installment or monthly payment plans are not available. The late fee in Section 6 applies to any unpaid balance.
  • Before day 120. In addition, the Deposit is forfeited and any Deposit credit already applied is reversed (Section 5). No portion of the Deposit is applied against the Credentialing Value owed.
  • After day 120, before month 6. The customer owes the Credentialing Value for all enrollments requested. Any Deposit credit already applied to Billing invoices stands and reduces the Credentialing Value owed. If no Billing invoices have been issued, the Deposit is forfeited and the customer owes the full Credentialing Value with no offset.
  • Work in progress. Accel Health may, at its option, complete or stop enrollments that are in progress at termination. Payer correspondence and application materials prepared by Accel Health remain Accel Health's work product until all amounts owed are paid.
  • Outstanding Billing fees. All Billing fees accrued through the termination date remain due under the Agreement.

8. Customer obligations

Credentialing and Billing cannot start until the customer has delivered all required onboarding documents. The customer must:

  • Deliver all required documents within ten (10) business days of the onboarding kickoff. Accel Health will not begin credentialing or Billing services until the complete document set is received. The 120 day period and six month commitment continue to run during any delay.
  • Provide accurate and complete information. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of provider data, licenses, NPI records, tax documents, and payer information. Re-work caused by inaccurate or incomplete information is billed at list rates (Section 3).
  • Respond within ten (10) business days to requests from Accel Health or its billing partner for signatures, documents, or clarifications.
  • Complete billing onboarding, including the onboarding checklist, document uploads, the audit call on CPT codes, payers, and EFTs, and weekly check-in calls during the first 90 days.
  • Grant EHR access and any other system access the billing partner needs to submit claims and work denials.

If the customer fails to deliver the required documents within 30 days of the onboarding kickoff, Accel Health may treat the Agreement as terminated by the customer under Section 7.

9. Billing partner, BAA, and EFT authorization

Accel Health Billing services are delivered by Accel Health together with a third-party billing partner acting on Accel Health's behalf (the "Billing Partner"). The Billing Partner performs claims submission, denial management, prior authorization support, payer EFT setup, and related follow-up. Accel Health remains the customer's contracting party and point of contact.

As a condition of Billing services, the customer must:

  • Sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with Accel Health and, where required, with the Billing Partner, before any protected health information is shared.
  • Sign EFT and ERA authorizations for each payer so that payer payments and remittances can be set up.
  • Sign any additional authorizations or access forms the Billing Partner reasonably requires to submit claims on the customer's behalf.
  • Provide EHR and clearinghouse access as described in Section 8.

Delays caused by the customer not completing these steps do not pause the 120 day period or the six month commitment.

10. No guarantees

Payer enrollment decisions belong to the payers. Accel Health prepares, submits, and follows up on applications, but does not control and does not guarantee:

  • Acceptance into any payer network, or the timing of any payer decision
  • Reimbursement rates, claim approval, or payment of any claim
  • Completion of credentialing by any particular date. Timelines depend on payer processing times and on the customer meeting its obligations in Section 8.

Estimated timelines shared by Accel Health or the Billing Partner are estimates only.

11. General terms

  • Not combinable. The Promotion cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, referral credit, or negotiated pricing. A customer that receives negotiated pricing on Billing fees is not eligible for the Promotion unless Accel Health agrees in writing.
  • Changes and withdrawal. Accel Health may modify, suspend, or end the Promotion at any time without notice. Customers who signed an Agreement under the Promotion before any change keep the terms in effect on their signing date.
  • Non-transferable. The Promotion applies only to the Group NPI named in the Agreement and cannot be transferred, assigned, or exchanged for cash or credit.
  • One per customer. One Promotion per Group NPI.
  • Taxes. Fees and the Deposit exclude applicable taxes.
  • Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law rules, and any dispute is subject to the venue and dispute resolution terms in the Agreement.
  • Entire terms. These terms, together with the Agreement, are the complete terms of the Promotion. Statements in advertising, on the website, or by sales representatives do not modify these terms.
