These Accel Health Promotions Terms and Conditions (these “Promo Terms”) apply to promotions conducted by Accel Health, including, without limitation, referral programs, customer reference programs, giveaways, and other offers or incentives based on specified activities such as participation in product demonstrations (each individually, a “Promotion”, and collectively, “Promotions”). These Promo Terms may be supplemented, modified, or superseded by terms and conditions communicated in connection with a specific Promotion. In the event of any conflict between these Promo Terms and the terms communicated for a specific Promotion, the specific Promotion terms will control.
By participating in a Promotion, you agree to these Promo Terms, the Accel Health Terms of Service, and the Accel Health Privacy Notice.
If you are participating on behalf of an organization: (i) references to “you” are to such organization; (ii) you accept these Promo Terms on behalf of that organization; and (iii) you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Promo Terms.
Accel Health may modify these Promo Terms at any time without notice. Your continued participation in a Promotion constitutes acceptance of such modifications.
1. General Rules; Promotion Limitations
- Each Promotion is a limited-time offer and may be subject to availability.
- You represent that you are at least the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction (generally 18 years or older).
- Promotions have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash or cash equivalents.
- Promotions are non-transferable and may not be resold, auctioned, bartered, or exchanged.
- Unless otherwise specified, Promotions are limited to one per person.
- To qualify, you must be directly involved in evaluating or making business decisions about your company’s potential use of Accel Health products or services.
- If you qualify, we will contact you at the email address or phone number provided.
- If you violate these Promo Terms or any other applicable terms, the Promotion is void.
- Promotions are void where prohibited by law.
- You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees associated with receiving or using a Promotion.
- Accel Health reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel a Promotion at its discretion for any reason, including fraud, abuse, or technical issues. Accel Health shall not be liable for any loss arising out of refusal, cancellation, or withdrawal of any Promotion.
- Employees, contractors, and family members of Accel Health are not eligible.
- Employees of government entities, government-controlled entities, or government-owned entities are not eligible.
2. Ninja Ice Cream Maker Qualified Demo Promotion Rules and Limitations
The following additional terms apply to Accel Health’s Ninja Ice Cream Maker promotion (the “Promotion”):
- To qualify, you must:
- Be a new prospect who is not a current Accel Health customer.
- Be employed in a decision-making or decision-influencing role at a healthcare organization located in the United States.
- Schedule and complete a qualified demo of Accel Health’s platform with a sales representative.
- A “qualified demo” means a live demo where the participant meets the eligibility requirements above, attends the full session, and engages meaningfully with the product evaluation.
- Qualified participants will receive one (1) Ninja Creami Ice Cream Maker (approximate retail value: $175).
- Limit one (1) gift per person and per organization.
- Gifts will be shipped to the address you provide within 30 days of completing a qualified demo, subject to availability.
- Accel Health reserves the right to verify eligibility and to deny gifts to participants who do not meet the criteria of a qualified demo.
- Accel Health reserves the right to substitute a gift of equal or greater value if the Ninja Creami is unavailable.
- This Promotion cannot be combined with any other offers and is void where prohibited by law.
